CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be…
New Stairs 2017!
In April 2015, we officially began our capital campaign to raise funds for the continued maintenance and upkeep of our property and buildings, to repay the convent remodeling loan and to increase staff members to full time. As Fr. Leo says, we want to keep the “encounter with the living God” alive at Holy Name for many more years and this campaign is one step to doing this.
Some of our goals are:
Elevator for the Church
Sound System for the Church
Repayment of the Convent Loan
Increase Staff to Full Time
Repair and Maintenance on other building needs such as the Garvey Hall Entrance stairs, window replacement, steel work and flashing maintenance, etc.
Our initial pledge drive was very successful and we are now continuing to work on gathering pledged funds, planning for the actual completion of work, etc. If you have specific questions about work progress or your own contributions to the Campaign, please call the parish off. And, please continue to pray for the continued success of the campaign and of our parish!
From the parish Capital Campaign Prayer:
“May our sacrifices strengthen Your mission among us and bring to us the fullness of faith in Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You, one God, forever and ever. Amen.”
