When can I worship with you?

  • Saturdays 4:00 pm
  • Sundays 9:00 am
  • Tuesdays 8:00 am
  • Thursdays at 10:15 with Risen Christ School on scheduled dates during the school year.

When is Confession?

  • Saturdays, 3:15 p.m. or by appointment.

Where should I enter?

Our main church entrance to the worship space is on our north side where you will see the covered rampway.  Greeters will be in the back of church to direct you as needed.


How do I get to Church of the Holy Name?

Our parish is located at 3637 11th Avenue S. Minneapolis, MN 55407. Here is a map.


Where should I park?

We have two parking lots- one on the northeast side of the campus and one on the southwest corner of the campus.  During the weekend, you may park in either lot or on the street.  For weekdays, the larger northeast parking lot is reserved for the school playground.


What else can I do to get to know the parish?

Holy Name has coffee and donuts after every Sunday Mass!  Please join us in the social hall on our lower level any Sunday after Mass to get to know us, ask questions and have some treats!


How do I know what prayers, etc. to use?

In the back of church there are missalettes on a cart as well as Mass prayer sheets to help you follow along.  Most weekends there is also a worship aid for Mass with the songs printed.  A greeter will offer you one when you enter or you can find them on the cart as well.


I have a hearing problem, is there any special assistance?

Hearing assist devices are available in the "Greeter Room" near the main entrance.  Please ask a greeter to help you get one of the devices!
