Easter Sunday Fr. Leo

 Happy Easter to all!  We have great cause for joy today as we remember our deliverance fromdarkness through the light of the resurrection.  We learn to live in hope that what ever darkness remains in the world, the Lord will heal.  He will protect us and raise us up that each of us may share in the fullness of Christ’s love in the Holy Trinity.

One way to increase our hope is to remember all the blessings we have received.  These memories form the foundation of our future hope.  As St. Paul says, If God is for us, who can be against us?”  This is our hope based on our faith that cast out any fears we may entertain in our minds and hearts.  In God we can live in peace knowing God is in and with us.

On this glorious day, let us be still and know we are resting securely in the loving palm of God’s hand!  May the Glory and profound peace of Easter reign in your minds and hearts now and forever.  May God bless us in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  May all the saints and angels pray for us in union with Mary our Mother. Amen.
